Overcoming Imposter Syndrome with startup founders

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome with Dragos Duse and Diana Andritchi

In this latest episode, I chat with Dragoš Duse and Diana Andritchi, co-founders of medtech startup Synaptiq. Synaptiq creates software solutions based on AI for improving medical devices, with one tool using revolutionary software to separate cancerous tumors and organs at risk. Currently, they have seven customers in Romania and are projected to generate $400,000 Euro in 2023.

We discuss the importance of employee retention in comparison to other aspects of business such as client acquisition and investment deals. We also touch on the importance of being out of one's comfort zone and the feeling of imposter syndrome when asking for investments from investors (and how they overcame this feeling).

The End

Ever since Covid, every 3-4 months I get symptoms similar to Covid, but it’s not Covid. What the hell?

Anyway, the show must go on. This week at OptiMonk we launched the first business reality show for Ecommerce brands - Ecommerce Revolution. We’re giving 6-10 lucky DTC brands an Ecommerce makeover and partnering with key CRO experts in the industry. I also started watching The Last of Us. Are any of you watching this? If so, hit reply and let me know.

Until next week, cheers!
